Greetings, I'm Catherine Carter, founder of Continuum Wellness.
My healing journey led me to become a fully qualified and certified classical homeopath - for over twelve years, a coach (spirituality and wellness), reflexologist, Reiki II practitioner, numerologist and jewelry artist (specializing in the healing use of color, crystals, symbols and intent for my healing jewelry).
Through Continuum Wellness I work with clients to improve health, and stimulate personal transformation. My studies in the healing arts and healthy living are based on over thirty-five years of study, learning, life experience and application. I perform independent research in the area of health promotion and mind/body healing. I am a graduate of the Teleosis School of Homeopathy and studied with excellent teachers such as Joel Kreisberg, Julian Jonas, Tim Owens, Simon Taffler and Asa Hershoff.
Primary Therapies
Having been called a Renaissance woman, this quality shows itself in the healing offerings through Continuum Wellness. The primary focus is on energetic, spiritual focused, vibrational healing. I work as a classical homeopath, create healing jewelry, write and give workshops and classes.
In my wellness work I weave various systems into a holistic framework to improve ones vibrancy and well-being. Some of therapies used are crystal energy, I Ching, numerology, healthy living and lifestyle, spirituality and spiritual principles, energetic bodywork, thought and belief systems.
I have successfully helped individuals with various complaints including female and male health complaints such as fibroids, potency issues and menstrual irregularities, HIV cases, insomnia, emotional and stress-related complaints, general wellness tune-ups, headache, anxiety and panic attacks, sadness and child behavioral complaints.
